The JcB defeated the Joes for the first time for a long time at Strikers today, 09/06/06. Today also paved the way for the first JcB team to contain non-JcBs. Andrew 'mo' Morrison, who plays regularly for the Joes, Neil Wylie and Pate (The Inverurie man). The rest of the team was made up by Mikey Hepburn, Chris Scott, Michael Watson and Gary Copland who are all die-hard JcB's. From the start, the JcB were unusually competitive with Pate and Mo running the show, Mikey keeping things under control at the back and Chris linking play like a magic man. After Watson came out of goals and Wylie going in, the JcB managed to keep the performance up the the highest of standards. Only a few stay passes and a lack of back tracking stopped the JcB from running away with it.

The game was one of the best ever with free flowing football, high tempo and attractive attacking.
